Because I was on a business trip, I had to stay at this hotel. I was assigned a single Luxury room for 2600 UAH. The room was old, the bed was round with a mattress that felt like a sofa, uncomfortable, old, and squeaky. There was no water in the room at that price; when I asked, they said I could only buy it at the restaurant. The staff were polite, but there were no questions about it. Near the bed was a bathtub that probably was a cool idea fifteen years ago, but now it’s old and not worth sitting in, and there’s no shower at all—just that bathtub. There were no wardrobes, only one small clothing rack. The room was small, and the restaurant prices were high for this location.

The on‑site restaurant, parking, and location were great, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, the pool and sauna room was cold and drafty (the pool doors couldn’t be closed, and the pool was not operating), and the shower was dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a year.
