How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

We were denied a room and laughed at, which humiliated my family and me; the staff took my money for a cancellation that they then cancelled, leaving us unable to book a room and forcing us to sleep in the car. My husband and our four kids (ages 6, 7, 12, and 12) had the worst night of my life; my son has autism and had episodes and outbursts. I want a free room, all expenses paid, my money refunded, and this resolved quickly so I don’t have to go to court.

The location was good, but the sink drained slowly and the toilet in the accessible room was very low. I was charged twice for the room and my money wasn’t released until check‑out, which dampened my trip.

“Convenient, expensive”

The location and friendly staff were great, and the room was large, but the room condition was poor.

“Will not stay again I'm getting out I'm going to come I”

It was within walking distance to Walmart and Golden Corral, but the pool was closed—which was the main reason I chose it—and the pull‑out sofa bed was nasty and unusable.
