The staff were super friendly and we’ll remember their kindness for a long time; the Malaba Border crossing is awful, which is why we chose Tororo and are glad we did; thanks to the staff for cooking us some food. The room was clean, the shower was great, and the parking was safe. Some people might want air‑con and the property doesn’t have it; it’s in a very rural setting with neighboring houses where life can be noisy—crying babies, that’s life!

The staff here really made our stay special - they were always willing to lend a hand and made us feel right at home. The location was great, but the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, it was a lovely place to relax.

The staff at this place are incredibly warm and helpful, always going out of their way to make you feel at ease. My only gripe is that the mini-fridge in my room was a bit too small, but that's a minor complaint.

Emmanuel, the manager, is a lifesaver - his patience and good attitude kept the whole place running smoothly. The hotel itself was a bit old-fashioned, but the staff's efforts made up for it. We had a great time here.
