I liked that the hotel was a little outside Ubud, it’s a small hotel with staff knowing your name from day one. The boutique feel was lovely and the rooms are outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and approachable. Nothing was an issue. There is no doubt I’d recommend this hotel to others. Hopefully you get to meet the two resident cats Ginger and pepito. Honestly, there isn’t anything I disliked about the property

The location is good, close to Ubud center. The hotel is just in the jungle, with the city nearby. You can hear and see the waterfall (the sound didn’t bother us). The food is tasty and the staff friendly. The hotel isn’t perfect; it’s a bit messy, but overall everything was great :)

We liked the location and the staff’s friendliness. This hotel is absolutely not worth its price. The breakfasts are mediocre, the building is old, the facilities deteriorate over time, and hygiene is lacking everywhere (moldy pool lounge chairs, dirty fruit, etc.). The free activities promised never materialize. We didn’t enjoy our stay, and we’re still waiting over a month for a promised compensation with no updates from the hotel or the booking site. It’s unacceptable.

The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome right away! The room was beautiful and the food was good. Construction work was happening, which took away from the quiet at the restaurant and pool, and they should have warned us beforehand. Because of heavy traffic, it still took 20‑30 minutes with Grab to get to central Ubud.
