“Excelente experiencia”
The place is beautiful, the view from the lookout is amazing, the flowers are divine, the variety is great, the breakfast is excellent and the food is very good. Nothing to complain about.
“Increíble estadía.”
The nature and tranquility of the place are unique. The views, the coffee tour and the attention from all the staff were incredible. The bathroom in our room needs a bit of maintenance; the water ran out for a day and when we came back we had black water for a long part of the day.
“Paz”
The location is top quality. The menu at the restaurant could use more variety for the price.
“Lugar excepcional!”
O lugar é lindissimo e mt charmoso. Propriedade mt bem cuidada.
What I liked most about the accommodation was the coffee tour with Rolando—great guide. Our experience was far below expectations, especially given the hotel’s category and price. During our stay we found cockroaches in the bathroom and also had water cuts, which are hard to justify in a hotel that claims to offer a high‑level experience. Water supply is a basic service and its interruption directly affects guest comfort. The service was also below par. One day we asked for a hot drink that never arrived, and breakfast was particularly disappointing: very little variety, limited options and staff who at times seemed unwilling to help. It’s sad because the place has a lot of potential. The surroundings are beautiful and the coffee farm truly deserves to be visited. That’s why the gap between the farm’s charm and the hotel’s current offering is even more striking. I think a thorough overhaul of the hotel operation is needed: improve cleanliness and pest control, ensure basic services like water are continuous, raise breakfast quality and variety, improve service, and overall take much more care of every aspect of the guest experience. It’s not about fixing a few isolated details but raising the hotel’s standard overall. For the price and category the hotel projects, expectations are naturally high and in our case they were far from met. The coffee farm is beautiful and worth visiting. However, if they also want to offer a hotel experience at that level, they should significantly raise their standards. Otherwise, it might make more sense to focus on what they do best: being an excellent coffee farm.
