The bed linens were dirty, as were the towels, and the power outlets worked very slowly—I spent a crazy amount of time charging my phone! The noise isolation was terrible.

The location was great, just a short walk from Gare Du Nord. We traveled with two girls and two strollers, and we could leave them at reception, which was very convenient. The elevator was tiny and we had to climb stairs to reach it; it didn't work on the 3rd floor. With the kids sleeping, that was an issue, but overall it was fine.

Fabio was really helpful to me and shared a lot about Peris, and with his guidance I was able to have a good experience.

The location was convenient, but there were no towels, and given the price that’s a minimum, the hotel is stingy with toilet paper.

The location was good for my training, the rooms and facilities were clean even though they were old, and the staff were very welcoming and available. The room was extremely dark and I needed light all day (we were in September), there was no soundproofing, the doors slammed, and the stairs were noisy.
