How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel’s location is good, right in the city centre with plenty of decent restaurants and a shopping centre. Breakfast is good and is served in your room. There is no physical staff present at all times. I was in room 204 and the internet was very poor with no reception, so I had to use my phone’s data. For three nights the room was not cleaned; the bed sheets were full of hair, which was not mine because I am bald.

It was a very nice stay, and the communication was outstanding. When needed we will stay in this hotel again for sure!

Everything is close by, the hotel is very well maintained, the key‑code entry is hassle‑free, it’s clean and quiet, there are beverage machines at the ground floor, a billiard table, and a kids’ corner. The atmosphere is cosy and pleasant, worth returning to. Wonderful Mrs. Ewelina.
