The location was okay, the apartment was fine, the owner wasn’t present, and there were a few small things that didn’t quite match our expectations. It was a shame there was no breakfast; after asking the owner, she said breakfast wasn’t supposed to be provided in the apartment, which wasn’t clear during the test.

Access was easy with a key box and a reserved parking spot. The balcony was pleasant, the rooms were large, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was no breakfast offered at that time, even though it wasn’t mentioned during booking.

Carmen was so helpful that we had a comfortable stay; we give her 10 out of 10. She was so warm, Carmen, we’ll come back!!! Nothing was missing, nothing to complain about, just exactly what you imagine for a holiday.

The spot was perfect—quiet and close to Morat, Fribourg and the three lakes—and the place was spacious, functional and clean, with a well‑equipped kitchen, comfy bed, and surprisingly cool despite the heat wave, plus lovely balconies and terrace. Overall the accommodation has a lot of potential, though for the price the décor and some fixtures feel a bit dated and need updating (refrigerator, noisy portable AC, stained parquet); a proper shower would be nicer, and we never met the owners.

The location was exceptional, very quiet with a lovely lake view, and the place was spotless. Nothing to complain about.
