I was lured into booking, only to have my reservation cancelled upon arrival with the excuse of long‑standing electrical light problems, and the owners forgot to close the booking; I had to wait days for a refund, was stranded in the cold, and had my money taken, so I don’t recommend this place.

I never even entered the room because the code didn’t work, the owner didn’t reply when I called, and I had to leave the property, so I’m still waiting for a refund.

I booked this for a friend travelling solo from Dorset, but the guy didn’t answer and gave an incorrect code, forcing her to leave and return home.

I never received the room I booked; when I called, they explained the property had been taken off the market and promised a full refund, which I’m still waiting for.
