The staff was extremely kind and helpful! We stayed here after a week on Derawan Island because it’s close to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had to leave super early the next morning and the staff thoughtfully organized breakfast boxes for us! Also, my husband tried to order a Grab at 5 am but no drivers were available. The receptionist called a taxi to the airport for us. He saved us from missing our flight and a lot of stress! I would 100 % stay here again! Nothing… everything was perfect.

Very inflexible with changes. Neither early check‑in nor cancellations are possible.

They wanted to charge for changing a pillow. Ours was too thick and tough.
