How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was convenient, just a short walk to the subway, making shopping and dining easy, and the restaurant staff were courteous, giving the stay a strong sense of value for the price, although the room lighting was dim and the shower head was loose and wouldn’t stay in place.

The room was spotless and the service was top of the line - staff were really helpful and made sure I had everything I needed.

This place really needs a renovation, it's pretty run down.

This hotel was super dirty and they tried to get me to pay in cash. The bathroom had mold and it desperately needs a renovation.

This hotel's location is really convenient, but I was surprised they didn't have air conditioning after 8pm, especially during the summer. Made for a pretty uncomfortable night's sleep.
