Everything was fine until checkout when my card was charged $165 USD more than agreed; the hotel was unhelpful and blamed it on another party. I tried to reach them multiple times without response, but they eventually refunded the difference, which I appreciated.

We stayed just one night and everything was perfect—room lovely, staff incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived, lobby spotless and welcoming, a flawless 10/10 experience we’d definitely repeat. The only downside was a dirty sink in the bathroom that needed more cleaning, but otherwise the facility was quiet and well maintained.

The bed sheets had visible stains, and when I checked in the front desk staff didn't tell me where breakfast was served or give me breakfast vouchers.
