All five of us slept comfortably and could relax without worrying about the surroundings, which was great. The front entrance had a single‑bed room where the bedding and pillows, especially the pillows, had a slight odor, and while the towels were generally good, some were discolored, which was a bit disappointing. Keep in mind that the hotel’s overall quality is judged by the clean white linens and towels.

Отличное расположение в относительно новом комплексе на набережной хендэ Достаточно просторные апартаменты Хороший вид. 1. Мы не могли найти пароль от вай фай, его не было НИГДЕ. Достали, но с трудом 2. На стойке ресепшен не всегда есть работник и вы не всегда можете решить вопрос. Например , у нас было всего 2 полотенца больших на семью 4 человека. Чем они думали, непонятно. В моменте попросить и найти полотенца не удалось ввиду отсутствия работника на ресепшен 3. Нет ни утюга ни доски что странно 4. Крайне непонятная система умный дом. В первую ночь каким то образом включилось отопление (подогрев полов) (и это в конце июня) и я проснулась в поту в 2 ночи, кондиционер тоже странно себя вёл - работал 15 мин и вырубался В итоге 2 часа пыталась настроить климат , на табло ничего не понятно, в общем, не зачёт. 5. Многие пишут про трудности чек ин - это правда, в здании 4 разных представителей апартаментов, найти сразу своего трудно (надо покататься на лифтах, а их там много). Так что тут тоже поддерживаю отзывы

“Luxury family friendly experience”

The spot is perfect if you want high‑rise tower views and a modern luxury vibe; the rooms were spotless and cozy, the staff super friendly, and the service was spot‑on—always quick to answer questions or fulfill requests. Check‑in was a breeze and finding the room was easy, and the upgrade we took was definitely worth the extra cost.
