“Belle expérience avec des gens très gentils”

The reception and restaurant staff were genuinely kind and welcoming; the hotel sits well in the old town and parking was easy to access each day, with the staff moving cars so everyone could find a spot even though the lot was small. The pool was a real bonus in this small hotel and we enjoyed it in August’s heat. The cleanliness left something to be desired, especially in the bathroom. The room we stayed in could use a refresh: a darker, better‑fixed curtain, a towel rack that stays on the wall (it fell the first day because it wasn’t secured), and the sheets were never changed during our 9‑day stay. We also didn’t always get a shower mat when we requested one.

The carpet on the stairs and in the hallway is stained and looks awful; it should be removed because the marble flooring underneath is beautiful.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the old town, close to many attractions. The staff are very welcoming, warm, and helpful, staying attentive to your needs throughout your stay. I strongly recommend this address!

“Not as expected from Turkish hotels”

Only the location was good. We had to request water each day because there was none available, the room wasn’t cleaned at all even though we left a cleaning card in the morning, so we had to ask again at night. Cleaning missed removing dirty bags, refilling shampoo or toilet paper, the safe was missing, and the internet was a bit slow.
