The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and breakfast was varied and plentiful. The only real disappointment was the bathrooms. Although newly built, they were far from comfortable—no towel hooks, no shelves or surfaces for personal items. I even had to bring a chair into the bathroom to hold my towels and toiletry bag. A small tweak would make them functional.

The location is unbeatable! My car was parked safely, and our room was ready earlier than expected (thanks for that, it was perfect!). The room was beautiful, with a modern, elegant bathroom. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and we felt very comfortable.

The hotel is new and centrally located. The staff are welcoming and professional. The large superior room has a huge, well‑placed TV, and breakfast is generous and varied. The first‑floor room is better described as a half‑floor on the street; it’s fine in winter with closed windows, but what about summer?

The front desk staff were excellent, check‑in was smooth, and they gave us clear directions. They arranged a car from the airport to the hotel, a taxi in the morning to the gate at Pompei, and stored our luggage while we explored Pompei. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable with a nice variety. The only issue was that there were two of us and only one towel in the morning, so we had to make do as we had to leave. :)

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a range of pastries, cakes, cereals and fresh fruit all available. The walk into town was nice and easy and there were plenty of decent restaurants within 10 minutes' walk. The car felt very safe in the hotel's car park, which had a barrier and CCTV. The room was quite small - we struggled to find a space for our empty cases and the wardrobe was a bit tight. Our previously pristine hired car had a couple of dents added due to parking in the car park
