The apartment was in a good spot, the furniture was nice but… a big pity. The place was dirty everywhere, with bags of dirty laundry near the stove and the sink was filthy, used and dirty napkins were left on the table, the floor had huge clumps of dust everywhere, we had to clean the bathrooms because they were awful, there was a sewage smell everywhere, and the blankets were unclean… it’s a real shame because the apartment has all the comforts. I hope the manager, Francesco, can find a reputable cleaning company because it’s really disappointing to be in such a situation.

The location was good. There was no service, no hot water, and no one to help you.

“NOT luxury- dirty, no hot water, host not helpful”

The room was roomy, but it wasn’t clean; the towels were dirty and both the shower and sink had mold. There was no hot water, so we left after the first night and paid elsewhere for the rest of our stay. The host never responded to my messages about the hot water, and when I told him we wouldn’t be returning the next day he simply replied with “🙏🏻.” He behaved unprofessionally, sending generic automated replies to specific questions. The place wasn’t advertised as having a shared common area outside the six rooms, which made it hard to sleep the one night because other guests were loud. If we’d known the setup, we wouldn’t have booked it.
