My first. visit to kolkatta ,accidentally selected OYO hotel n located in a residential colony,made me feel secure,inspite of 21km distance from airport. The property owner gv me feedback abt how to reach from airport n made my journey smooth. Especially Shankarda who recd me on arrival at 10.30pm was polite,assuring me of my comfortable stay.As a solo female traveller's aged 74yrs, I recommend this place,reasonable for family. Group. ,though few.boarding options. Toilet maintenance upgrade extend options for b/fastp

The environment was very good and comfortable, the staff were also nice and quiet, and it was safe for girls to stay. The only downside was the food facilities; there are no restaurants nearby, but you can order food online.

The rooms are clean. The reception and the entrance of the hotel are welcoming. There isn’t much commerce around for eating.

“Comfortable for the most part but with some hitches.”

The room was roomy and situated in a pleasant neighborhood, and the breakfast was good with staff who were genuinely helpful. The fridge and induction oven made it convenient for a longer stay. Cleanliness was a minor issue, but it was resolved immediately when I mentioned it, and the mattress could use a bit more comfort.
