The manager was great, but the staff’s communication skills were very poor.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, though it was small and the TV didn’t work, the kettle didn’t plug in, but if you don’t complain and just go with it, the location was good and the hotel felt safe and welcoming.

It didn’t stink, I didn’t see any cockroaches, so that was really good :) The room was tiny but clean, the bathroom worked fine with no water pressure issues. I slept one night and everything was okay. It was pricey for the standards, but we found it late at night, so it suited us. Besides, we left the first place that smelled awful.
