The location is convenient for nearby locals.

Nothing good, the garden was poorly maintained and the owner only spoke Italian. The room was clean on arrival but never cleaned again, and I even had to ask for toilet paper. Breakfast wasn’t breakfast: there was a coffee machine for self‑service, a few packs of bread crumbs, a couple of jars of jam, and two small cartons of milk in the fridge. After we made our own coffee and ate bread with cheese we bought, nothing was tidied up. On the last day we left, everything was still on the tables and the trash on the plates. It was also very noisy; an event venue nearby and dogs gave a concert every night.

The location was convenient and the room was clean, and the lady who welcomed us was friendly. The toilet in the bathroom was broken, the bathroom window opened with difficulty, the exterior was neglected, and the self‑service breakfast was extremely sparse – only a few biscuits and small panettone under a brand, nothing fresh that day, no savory items, so I went hungry. Considering the price per person, you’d expect more.
