How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The natural setting was nice, but otherwise nothing. The resort is a disaster! The staff are unfriendly, the pool is non‑existent, animals are kept in the worst conditions and are almost advertised! The whole property is outdated, chemical waste is scattered everywhere, it’s closed and removed from the program.

The lake‑view cottage was great, clean, fully equipped, and the toilet was good. It’s very quiet, the river is a 2‑minute walk, and it’s good value for what it is. However, you need your own transport because the place is large, there’s no restaurant in the evening, so you have to drive 10‑15 minutes for decent restaurants; there’s one across the road and close by but I didn’t eat there. Also there’s no pool, it’s drained. No restaurant, but it’s cheap yet decent.

The park where you stay is a nature paradise, with lizards, tropical birds, fireflies… and much more… it’s such a peaceful place. We were thrilled. Unfortunately, the whole area is somewhat neglected, it feels like no investment is happening… that’s a shame… it should definitely be preserved.

The bungalow was pretty and peaceful, the path with all the accommodations is cute. Really special, the staff don’t speak a single word of English. From the moment we arrived we were chilled out, arriving at 18:30 (already night and lost in the jungle) we learned we wouldn’t eat that evening. On Booking the restaurant was listed as open until 19:00, in reality they take the last orders at 17:30… the two restaurants across the street closed at the same time. Suffice it to say it’s hopeless and it’s better not to have children or they won’t eat; there was a beverage fridge but no one to sell us anything. The next day we asked for bus, meal info, etc. it was complicated even with Google Translate.

Beautiful lakeside spot, clean, spacious rooms. The best days of the hotel are clearly in the past; after 6 pm the restaurant was closed, thank you for at least waiting and checking us in because after 7 pm there was no staff. Modest, on long weekends there were no other options. The pool doesn’t work at all, you can’t believe the photos on the sites.
