“The hotel stands majestically in Llandrindon Wells, its worth a visit.”
Buffet breakfast which was very good, noisy dining room due to have a very large party of coach tourists and they did not realise how loud they spoke, Over 70's age Room was comfortable but window was difficult to open, it is a large hotel and this room was possibly on the agenda for a make over in due course. We dined in the restaurant on the first night from the 3 course menu, soup was good. food hot, second night we chose the bar area and that was much quieter food served hot. The corridors were in need of redecoration and the lights in one lift had several bulbs out. Generally, it lacked good housekeeping and maintenance, which is again due to the team you employ - more staff, more input in these areas and better first impressions. The hotel has a fabulous history and this should be made more of. The staff we engaged with were very pleasant, the lounge area was far too large and more like a holiday camp reception - it needed to be cosier and more intimate. Its location is good, amazing car park when you are directed to it. Great place to take your dog- lovely walks
