The staff were incredibly friendly, considerate, and helpful. When the airline lost our luggage and we had to replace everything, the Aloft team made us feel very welcome, and we truly appreciated their wonderful hospitality and kindness.

The location relative to downtown is the only thing I liked. The mini fridge was broken and our items spoiled; the staff didn’t care much. The bathroom was tiny and basically part of the room. Loud tenants were present at all hours. Parking cost $50 for the night, and the place smelled funky. For the price, this place was not worth it at all.
