I liked the location and the overall look of the hotel, and the room price was quite reasonable since we booked at the last minute. The building feels very dated and poorly maintained. The room door was hard to open and close, the hallway carpet was all curled as if it had come loose, the furniture in the room was very old and minimal with signs of wear. The shower curtain was so long it blocked the drain and was stained, and the soap dispensers were empty. We were charged for parking in addition to the room rate.

“Soggiorno ottimo e rilassante”

The staff were extremely attentive, polite and kind. Cleanliness was good. The stay was excellent; I felt very comfortable. It’s ideal for anyone who wants peace and quiet in the mountains.

The bathroom and linens were decent. The hotel’s furnishings are very old and would need major maintenance and renovation. The common areas are poorly kept. The bathroom that had its tub removed and replaced with a shower tray still shows a bizarre renovation with crooked tiles and old silicone along the edge of the sliding shower door. Initially, even though I had said we would be staying with our small child, we were assigned a room so small that the camping cot could not be unfolded. The staff were very friendly and moved us to another room, but it was something that could have been easily anticipated and avoided. The kids’ area is not at all tidy, disorganized, and does not match the photos posted on Booking.

The staff welcomed us wonderfully and were available for every need. We felt at home.
