The location was good, but the hotel looked under renovation, the lobby was dirty, the breakfast info was misleading so it wasn't actually available, the garage was outside the hotel with a confusing elevator entrance, and towels and linens were missing.

The spot was great and walking to the falls was easy; the front desk staff were friendly and helped with parking, but the reception and dining areas on the first floor felt dated and a bit sad, which didn't match the beautiful surroundings, and the food choices were limited.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the location was awesome so we could walk to everything we wanted, but breakfast wasn't included and there was no hotel parking; a $15/day rate applied at a garage across the street.

I didn't get breakfast, and for the price of the room it should have been free; the room amenities could have been better for the $400.00 per night.

Location was superb. Front desk help was excellent. We arrived at 10am and they waived the early check in fee and we checked into our room. We were exploring Niagara falls by 10:30am which was like an extra day. The 10pm fireworks at Niagara falls could be seen from the hotel 6th floor outside area which was a very nice thing to have. Although we knew the cost parking our car at the garage across the street was $15 a day which is not bad in the big scheme of things. Other things: 1) Parking garage was dirty and unkept. The elevator area was bad. If I was a female and alone (and at night) I would feel unsafe there. 2) The two business computers were both down. I like to use them as a convenience and could not. The front desk put in a ticket but they were not up in the next 30 hours or so. I kept checking and figured they would not be fixed
