“Pleasant, clean and relaxing experience with prime hospitality.”
I appreciated how clean everything was, even though I had to walk outside to reach the restaurant, reception, and spa. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, especially the main lady in the spa—I’d love her to work at every spa I visit. The other spa staff were nice too, and the boy who kept it tidy was a real asset. The hospitality is the hotel’s biggest strength. A special shout‑out to the receptionists on the third shift. I did dislike the limited menu options; I had trouble deciding what to eat and ended up going elsewhere for better choices. The coffee was terrible—my regular Turkish coffee was a miss, the espresso was off (we ordered a single shot but got a double), and the iced latte was also subpar. I hope next year the restaurant improves.
