The location is good and the staff are friendly, but there is no air‑conditioning on hot days, and you can’t leave the building after 22:00 because the external doors are locked and you have to call the lady each time she opens them. The breakfasts are average with a limited selection.

Breakfasts taste good, the room stays warm, and the staff are pleasant; the kettle and tea set in the room are handy. However, the mattresses are uncomfortable and the bed is very low. Unfortunately, the staff couldn’t help because other guests began making noise at 6 am, even before the 7 am quiet hour, probably because they were on early work shifts. The walls are thin enough that you can hear every conversation and even someone taking a shower.
