“Decent, good value for the money, accessible from City Center”
I booked a single room with a shared bathroom and breakfast wasn’t included. The room was larger than I expected, with a clean bed, fridge, TV, microwave, tea kettle, and daily housekeeping. The bathroom was shared with just one other room; it seemed the other rooms on the same floor had their own bathrooms. For the price, I’d give it five stars. The location is convenient, though it’s on Vienna’s far south end; the city center is about 25‑30 minutes away by public transport. I recommend taking U‑Bahn U1 to Alaudagasse station, then bus 10A to the hotel (U1 runs every 5 minutes and the walk is short), or go to Neulaa station on U1 (every 10 minutes) and walk 10‑12 minutes through a very picturesque residential area with narrow alleys between houses and gardens—follow the GPS strictly, otherwise you’ll end up taking the same time but on “normal” streets. There are a few restaurants close by if needed, and a small Billa within walking distance, plus a larger Billa grocery at Alaudagasse U‑Bahn station. One can ask for more comfort, of course, but not for this price.
