Very friendly staff, a sufficient breakfast buffet (the sausage isn’t part of the standard buffet but can be requested), a very tasty fruit salad, excellent food in the restaurant (though the kitchen hours are tight), fantastic location and view, and the option to park in the underground garage. The house is annoyingly loud, the room furnishings are very simple and not particularly cozy, the shower in my room had a curtain, and fly screens on the windows would have helped because at night the heated room made it impossible to sleep with the window open, yet mosquitoes would have come in. The nightstand and table lamp in my room only worked when the main light was on, which seems pointless. It would be good if the door from the underground garage to the hotel could be opened with the room key instead of having to ring the bell, especially later at night when you can’t reach anyone.

The beds were care beds instead of normal beds, giving the hotel a care home atmosphere.

“Ein Traumhafter Aufenthalt. Man fühlte sich schon fast wie in den Ferien.”

The warm welcome and the exceptionally friendly staff impressed me from the start. I was struck by how they accommodated people with disabilities and the personal touch. The view was huge and beautiful, and I think I got the best room. The bed was very minimal.
