Oasia Hotel Novena, Singapore by Far East Hospitality

“Great hotel to stay Oasia Hotel Novena”

I recently stayed in a Club Room at Oasia Hotel Novena and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The room was well designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was access to the Club Lounge. The canapés and evening cocktails were excellent and of good quality. However, I would have appreciated a wider selection of food options, particularly more substantial items rather than predominantly finger foods. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. The gym, spa, sauna, and swimming pool were all well maintained and provided a great environment to unwind and recharge during the stay. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality added significantly to the overall experience. Overall, Oasia Hotel Novena offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent facilities, a pleasant club lounge experience, and outstanding service.

The room was big, the pool was nice, and a shopping mall was nearby. The pillows were very hard and too large, and there was no water bottle in the room.

The location was great, but the pillows were way too thick.

I was happy with the location, but the bed seemed to have bed bugs 🐛, leaving me with numerous spots after each night.

“It was good with friendly and helpful staff”

Conveniently located next to a mall and subways, but there was no washing machine available.
