I’ve been to London three times and it was hard to find a hotel, but this time I discovered the Z hotels and learned they have the biggest rooms in this location, so I chose it. The rooms were spotless, the location was great, the price‑performance was excellent, and the food options were sufficient; I didn’t have breakfast but it was probably great. The staff were very attentive; I didn’t ask much because I know London generally, but they were very helpful with my late‑night luggage. I’ll probably pick this place again on my next London trip. Thanks a lot. The rooms were very clean, but because I chose a king room on the first floor, I asked to be moved to an upper‑floor room. The first‑floor room’s window wouldn’t open; it wasn’t a huge problem, but as an asthma patient I prefer a room with an openable window, otherwise it was great.
