“Decent”

The hotel's location is a bit of a trek from the city center, but the quieter surroundings make up for it. The room itself was a cozy retreat, with a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. However, I did have a bit of a problem with the bed – I woke up with some nasty rashes, which I'm pretty sure were caused by the bed not being properly cleaned. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but they really need to step up their housekeeping game.

“unreliable, unprofessional”

We were really looking forward to our stay, but things took a turn for the worse when we received a message just an hour before arrival saying they'd overbooked and had no room for us. To make matters worse, they claimed they couldn't refund us and we'd have to contact them separately to sort it out. It was a pretty frustrating experience, especially after paying the full amount upfront and getting a confirmation.

The staff here were super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to my stay. The Indian meal was a nice surprise, and it was great value for the price. Plus, the breakfast was included, which was a bonus. Unfortunately, the pillows had a pretty unpleasant smell to them, which was a bit of a letdown.

“Family type of accommodation”

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. The only thing that threw me off was the slightly misleading check-out policy. They advertise a check-out time of noon or 2 pm, which sounds great, but in reality, they expect you to vacate the room by 11 am. It's a bit frustrating, but the staff's kindness made up for it.
