Facilities were great and the staff were friendly—special thanks to reception “Book” for the hospitality, and the lounge and poolside offered 1‑for‑1 cocktail promotions. Still, the nearest mall (Jungceylon) is a bit of a walk, so taking a Grab is recommended.

The only thing I liked was the hotel’s location, just a 10‑minute walk from Bangla Street. The room needs renovation; the bathroom feels like a 3‑star hotel, and the room was very humid.
