“Хороший семейный отель”
The hotel makes a great first‑line impression with a pristine beach, its own pier and convenient awnings instead of umbrellas; the animators are cool, the food is simple but varied and the chefs try hard; the reception responds instantly to all requests; cleaning is good, especially if you tip; overall the staff really try their best. However, the infrastructure is worn; the stairs to the pool are missing or wobbly, wooden bridges need updating as they’re unsafe; rooms were renovated but very economically, even lacking enough duvets for all rooms.
I liked the pool, the lobby and the restaurant, the overall layout was also very comfortable, the beach was nice. The food had good variety, especially the BBQ area was great(both dinner and breakfast) !. I didn't like the room-it was dark, needed maintenance and had ants. The bathroom floor was leaking. The glass was repaired and afterwards smelling on silicon for more than 3 days. There was mold on the bathroom walls. The bathroom needs complete renovation. The staff is speaking Russian, but hardly English and the entertainment looks a bit amateur, not really professional (especially the internal evening events). The external dancers and singers were nice. Overall the hotel is a bit overrated (as 5 🌟)
The staff, especially the young people at the bar, were very polite and friendly. The sea is right next to the hotel. Even though we arrived early, they treated us very well. The meals could have been more careful; there was almost no red meat.
“Очень хорошо отдохнули, чистейшее море до и после обеда, разнообразная, вкусная еда.”
The hotel is small but cozy, neat, clean, with polite and friendly staff; there was always enough tasty food, a clean and well‑maintained beach, free Wi‑Fi, a sauna, and a Turkish bath.
“Mauvaise hotel de Antalya.”
The beach was nice, but the reception was awful—no meat or fish in the restaurants even though we paid €1600 for all‑inclusive. The staff were rude, they never changed the bed linens, the pillows were dirty, and the food was expired. It felt like a scam; I strongly advise against staying at Armas Labada.
