The local area was pretty and clean. The reception and the pool locations were confusing, the hours were inconvenient, and the pools weren’t heated.

“Bom, mas sem estímulo para um retorno.”

The scenery was stunning, and the hotel’s view is definitely its biggest asset, but the rooms feel more like a big office than a cozy retreat. The bedroom mirror opens into the bathroom and never closes properly, so one guest can’t keep privacy from the other. On top of that, the manager wanders the common areas shouting on the phone, which is annoying. Reception staff move slowly and lack the speed to greet tired travelers who just want to skip the bureaucratic rules.

Cleanliness and the staff’s service standards were on point. The price felt steep; I found the massage at 360 and other services to be overpriced.

“Conforto no frio da serra - inesquecível!”

This is a five‑star hotel in Guaramiranga. The staff were friendly and the cleaning was thorough. We hosted a class reunion and the hotel even arranged live music for the three days. Afternoon tea with pastries was served in the room at 17 h. Everything was brand‑new, clean, and comfortable—breakfast was excellent, and I’d also recommend the restaurant for other meals. The rates were fair.
