“Lovely owners; possibly the only hotel with functioning wifi in the entire area...”

If you’re desperate for internet, this might be the only place in the area with usable Wi‑Fi. We drove around to check many hotels in person, scrolled through countless listings and reviews online, and this turned out to be the only spot near Gulmit/Passu Cones that actually had functioning internet. It wasn’t fast, but it was good enough to check emails and research online. The owners were incredibly sweet and helpful—very honest people. The only drawback was that there was no AC in our room, but the building stayed fairly cool, so the lack of AC wasn’t a big issue in the evenings and mornings. I’m not sure how hot the rooms get during the day in summer, since we were out driving and hiking, but I’d 100 % recommend this place and will stay here again if I go back this way.

“Wonderful”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with extremely helpful and accommodating staff, a spacious, comfortable, and clean room, and reliable Wi-Fi. However, I was surprised to find out that we were charged for the driver without any prior notice, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff that made us feel like part of the family. The hotel's location in the peaceful village of Gulmit was perfect, with stunning views of the Passu cones and a beautiful garden area by the river. The tastefully decorated interiors, comfortable rooms, and great common area made our stay truly enjoyable.

“Incredible stay and great hospitality”

I was blown away by this incredible property, run by hospitable people who made our stay unforgettable. The fresh food from their farm and orchard was amazing, and the stunning view of the Passu Cones was a bonus. Although we experienced some power and internet outages, which seemed to be a valley-wide issue, the hotel's backup generator was a reassuring safety net.
