Postillion Hotel WTC Rotterdam

The staff were friendly, but the atmosphere was chilly and very minimalist; the corridors felt confusing, like a student flat without any service.

“Dissapointed”

It is the first time I have seen a hotel of this caliber with such a tiny entrance tucked away in a corner—where the name is barely visible—and accessible only via stairs, with no ramp for luggage. The entrance is elevated, much like the entrance to an apartment building, and you have to take an elevator to reach the reception. There was no cupboard, breakfast was too far, customer service was poor and the place was very expensive; the location itself was also a drawback.

The location was excellent, but the reception desk was located in the bar area.

“Nit our first trip, not our last trip to Rotterdam. We know the city pretty well. Great location but the steps and noisy”

Great location, awesome prewar building with character. Modern finishes and decor. Have to climb 6-8 steps to get to the front door. Not ideal for carrying big suitcases. Very long corridors to get to your room once out of the elevators. We stayed on a nice Saturday evening and very loud, hard to sleep due to adjacent bars. Loud music and street noise lasted till 3am or so making it really hard to sleep :(
