The place is huge and well organized, with tidy, clean rooms. Even though it’s just outside Pozza, the location lets you walk to every trail and the town center. Breakfast buffet is good, and the front‑desk staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights and the hotel supplies a towel for the pool area that never gets replaced. On day 3 it was soggy; we asked several times for a change and were told no. We also asked if the heating could be adjusted so we could dry them, but each time we were told “we’ll send someone.” The pool area needs tighter supervision (the no‑dive rule is ignored, kids jump into the hot tub and play as if it’s a pit) and the relaxation zone is noisy with people yelling and not respecting the space.

We spent 3 nights in an annex apartment at the camp in the center of Pozza di Fassa, which we liked a lot; it was clean, modern, and had a washing machine. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by the Dolomites. The camp reception was disappointing: directions to the apartment were unclear and the staff were not friendly. The pool access required payment.
