How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Tommaso was really helpful. The room was spacious and very nice, very quiet. The bus to the center is convenient and there are nice nearby spots. The fridge provided was very useful. Unfortunately, someone broke into the parked car, but that has nothing to do with the property; it could happen anywhere.

The site is clean and in a very quiet area, with public transport nearby. A few small details could have been taken care of a bit more.

The room was comfortable, clean, with a cozy bed and a new bathroom. Wifi was available. There was plenty of street parking. The neighborhood is a half‑hour from the center, well served by public transport, and very quiet. Tommaso was an excellent host, kind and extremely helpful. He gave us detailed information about restaurants and valuable tips on sites to visit. The area is full of small bars frequented by locals. Two great restaurants nearby: Menenio Agrippa for excellent traditional Roman cuisine and Quieto, a pizzeria and restaurant with special dishes. I recommend this location for anyone who chooses to book Tommaso’s house.

The property was recently renovated with new furniture. It has independent access. The owner Tommaso is very kind and willing to meet our needs. No complaints.

The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need, except for the kitchen which we already knew was missing. The owner was incredibly helpful and the check‑in and check‑out times were very convenient.
