The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the staff went out of their way to help me with a personal issue, making sure I was okay; I loved it and plan to return, though I wish I could have stayed longer.

“Don't waste you money or your time.”

The hotel felt musty and old upon arrival, and the listing photos were very misleading; the actual property is very run‑down and falsely advertised. In our room the toilet seat was broken, there was mold around the bathtub and its jets, and the filter was also moldy. We could only use the shower, and there was no hot water. The downstairs staff said it was a common complaint and that we’d need to speak to the manager in the morning, as she couldn’t help us that evening. The air conditioner rattled and banged all night because it isn’t wall‑mounted; it just sits there and rattles each time it turns on. I’ve attached a picture of our window view, which shows construction.

The spot in downtown St Pete is spot on, just a walk to everything. The first room I landed in felt like stepping back into the 1950s, and the hallway had that sharp insect spray smell that made me cough. After complaining, they moved me to another room on the third floor that was a bit better.

The location was great. The sink in the bathroom had hot water that wouldn’t turn on, and I told the front desk on both Saturday and Sunday.

The location was perfect. I didn’t like that there was no parking, but I appreciated that they mentioned it beforehand so I could look up parking options.
