I liked the location a lot, but the toilet lid is broken and can be uncomfortable, the TV only shows Italian channels, and the daily room cleaning isn’t very good.

Close to the train station and a convenient spot, but the intersection is very busy and you need to be careful crossing the roads; Florence itself is a very busy city.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful, both when we arrived and beforehand, giving clear directions to the hotel. The location was excellent, very close to the tram and train stop and just a few minutes’ walk from the main tourist spots. However, the room was very small, on the top floor directly under the roof with only a small roof window. There was no lift and the stairs were steep, which could be tough with heavy luggage. Sound insulation was poor and I could clearly hear conversations from the reception, lobby, and dining area. The air‑conditioning unit was positioned directly above the head of the bed, which was not ideal.
