The breakfast was great, with a good selection of coffee and eggs, which was appreciated after several days traveling around Peru. The room was very spacious.

The location was great, the room was spacious and clean, yet getting hot water took a long time and the duvet covers were odd with the top opening.

Fresh orange juice was available when it was left, but the staff were unfriendly when we arrived late and tired, the breakfast was noisy and there was no option to make our own coffee.

The family quadruple room was very nice, roomy, and the beds comfortable, the included breakfast was pretty good, but the nighttime location felt a bit desolate.

The hotel sits 300 meters from Place d'Armes, rooms are spacious, breakfast is decent, staff are very helpful, and the receptionist kindly waived the last night's charge when we had to shorten our stay due to illness; however, the hotel sits at the intersection of the two loudest streets in the Historic Center, and despite double‑glazed windows in room 203 overlooking the street, we couldn't sleep well, and the décor is quite plain, so it doesn't feel like a boutique hotel.
