Some staff members (not all) were very friendly and attentive, but if you stay long the rooms are only cleaned every 14 days, and when you need new sheets and towels the process is very slow, often they don’t return them immediately; once I extended my stay online they asked me to leave my room because they had mistakenly oversold it and wanted to give it to a guest arriving that day.
