The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond, but the hotel sits a bit far from the city centre and isn’t very accessible unless you have a car.

Everyone on the staff was lovely and very helpful, yet the place is a bit far from town, though the views are amazing.

I loved many aspects of the stay; it’s located far from town, on the outskirts where you can enjoy tranquility and peace. The view from my room and the garden or veranda is beautiful and mind‑blowing, surrounded by mountains on all sides, and you can see both mountains and towns from the stay. The sunset was the best part, with a blanket of clouds that was amazing—nothing I’ve seen before. I didn’t need to visit the best views in Sapa because this stay offered the best view. There’s a death‑swing‑like ambience inside, so I didn’t feel the need to try the same at the Rong May glass bridge. They also have a BBQ, and the outside sitting area is great. On top of that, they have rock mountains where you can climb for a 360° view of the area, which was magical. I can’t fully describe how beautiful the stay was; I would definitely recommend it. The staff were also very nice and helpful.
