The check‑in was later than usual. The bathroom was clean. The bed was uncomfortable, creaked with every movement, the bed linen smelled of tobacco, but it was clean.

Wonderful, spotless room! Well appointed. Kitchen in the common area, which is very convenient, plus it was spotless! Our host made us coffee in the morning. Nothing could make this one better.

I was cycling, so the location was convenient inside the town, near bars and a pizzeria, with the possibility to store the bike inside the property, quiet, spectacular sunset view. The rooms were not too big but complete with everything and comfortable. The host was super nice and very available!!! The rooms were not too big but absolutely complete with everything, clean and functional!!! The double was pleasantly intimate!

I stumbled upon this tiny guesthouse right next to the church in the heart of Pietracatella, and it was a breeze to reach on my bike. The room on the upper floor had a single bed and an ensuite bathroom – not huge, but just right for one person, cozy, spotless, and fully equipped. On the ground floor they let me park my bike in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. The owners were super friendly, quick to answer, and very helpful. From there you can easily wander to both the historic upper part of town and the newer lower area. Definitely a must‑stay.
