The place is in a fantastic spot near key sights and good food. The host was very helpful, walked us to the bus stop, carried our bags, gave restaurant tips, and offered tea. The room was comfortable, had working air‑con, a private bathroom, a good bed, and we could use the washing machine. There was also a terrace.

The location is fine, but the room doesn’t look like the pictures, is damp and small, the shower and sink are broken, and noise was constant all night. We had to leave at 3 am.

The location and the staff’s friendliness and availability are positives, and the price is reasonable. Breakfast at the restaurant below the hotel is delicious, run by the same owners. The room is very small.

The place is very well located near the city centre’s attractions. The service is very friendly and attentive. The room is small, not like the photos, has dampness in the ceiling, and the cleaning is just fair.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—very close to the city centre, with many of Istanbul’s main attractions within walking distance, making exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view and is a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The best part of our stay was the host. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable and truly added to our experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well‑located accommodation with an amazing host. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
