The Aurora was very nice and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Dawson Creek; nothing to add.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was early and great, but there was no hot water; I tried several times to take a hot shower and the water only reached room temperature.

The location is excellent if you’re coming to or going from Edmonton, right off the highway. Check‑in was simple—just give your name and they hand you the room key. Breakfast was included and quite good, with hot dishes like bacon, sausages, eggs and pancakes, plus the usual dry cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit such as bananas and oranges. The building is older, has limited plug‑ins and no USB outlets, the beds are a bit soft and the age of the building is noticeable, but the price was reasonable so it was still a fair deal.

The staff were incredible, especially the front desk lady and the male housekeeper on the second floor. Nothing else to mention.
