It was very inexpensive, yet the outside area was dirty and a resident dog kept barking.

It was cheap, but the toilets were old, the washbasins were too old, the surroundings had many dogs and dog poop.

It’s relatively cheap, but the room smells damp, the paint is peeling everywhere, the bathroom isn’t clean with spiders and lizards running around, and no toiletries are provided. There’s dirt in the corners, suggesting rooms are barely cleaned—probably only the bedsheets and linen are changed, which have seen better days. The location is awful; you’d need a Grab costing at least 35k to get near any food. It sits in a dark alley littered with dog droppings that you can’t see at night, and the dogs bark if you come at night. If you’re coming by Grab, ask them to take you all the way to the house, the only way to avoid walking at night.

It’s a quiet, nice place far from the noisy road. The owner’s family and Chico the dog were lovely 🌹 The room is big with a cozy sofa and a very nice private backyard with a shower—perfect for sunbathing in light clothing ☺️🤣 The shower gel, towels, and cleaning are frequent 🙂 Bottle water and toilet paper are replenished when needed. The rooster next door sounds funny 😂 like it had wet spark plugs 🥰. Mosquitoes outside and the parking area is a little small.
