I was never able to stay here because the hotel was overbooked and it took front desk hours to finally tell me they could accommodate me; I will never book with them again. They are lazy and unprofessional.

The location was convenient, the roommates were friendly, polite, well‑mannered, and calm. Unfortunately the hallways and my room were dirty, the toilet wasn’t cleaned even once a week, the changed bedding left on the bed was indistinguishable from the worn one, the room was heavily damaged (hole in the bed, dirty stained ceiling and walls, dirty carpet, ripped furniture). The actual condition of the room did not match the photo on Booking.
