When I got there, the door was just open and no one was there to help me. I couldn't find anyone. The property photos do not match. The downstairs was uncomfortable and messy. I was uncomfortable staying and so I did not

Orlando. Not enough Orlando

The location is great for Earlham Park. Don’t expect the Ritz if you’re paying 90 for the night. The place is quiet, with a comfy firm mattress. For the money, it’s what you would expect.

Orlando was so welcoming and friendly; the bed was very comfortable with lovely soft bedding. The room was airy and clean, had plenty of toiletries, and a great hot shower. Everything you could want for a stay in Norwich without spending a fortune. Thank you Orlando 😊

The place isn’t brand‑new but it’s clean, parking is easy, and the spot is perfect for catching music events at UEA; it feels a bit old‑fashioned, but that’s not a bother.
