The owner is very nice, the breakfast is modest, and opposite the building there’s a bazaar and café. The center is a 15‑minute walk, and there’s parking on the street.

The welcome was very warm, the reception offered drinks and candied fruit. It’s close to the city center, gives great advice on the best restaurant in Berat, and has free, easy‑to‑access parking. The place feels very family‑friendly with adorable children, and the room was very clean—I highly recommend this establishment. Everything was perfect.

The room was roomy, full‑blackout blinds, AC and a fridge. The host was friendly, though English was limited. The shower had a loose curtain support and a broken mirror light, but these were tiny issues. The main drawback was the distance from the city centre, a trade‑off for the price.

The place is about a 18‑minute walk from the city centre, so you don’t need a car. The parking is on the street, not private, but the staff were friendly, welcoming and listened to us. We were greeted warmly and the spot is pretty quiet. The only hiccup was that the address listed on the booking site was wrong, and there’s a constant, strong odor in the bathroom and common areas that you can’t ignore.
